Job Title: Marketing Executive &ndash; OutletDepartment: MarketingReports to: Marketing Manager / Brand ManagerLocation: Retail Outlet / Regional Office*Key Responsibilities**1. Outlet Marketing &amp; Promotions*Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) activities to increase traffic and sales.Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events at the outlet.Work with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to produce marketing materials.*2. Visual Merchandising*Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed consistently across the outlet.Support store teams with display updates, signage placement, and campaign rollouts.Monitor store aesthetics and recommend improvements.*3. Data, Reporting &amp; Analysis*Track and report the performance of campaigns (footfall, conversion, sales uplift).Conduct market research and competitor analysis for area-specific trends.Maintain marketing calendars and provide periodic updates to management.*4. Collaboration &amp; Communication*Work closely with outlet managers to understand sales priorities and customer needs.Liaise with brand managers for alignment on campaigns, branding, and guidelines.Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and creative teams for timely execution.*5 Key Skills &amp; Competencies*Strong understanding of marketing fundamentalsCreativity and attention to detailGood communication, coordination, and negotiation skillsBasic design knowledgeData-driven mindset with analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of retail environment and consumer behavior*Qualifications*Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1&ndash;3 years of experience in retail marketing / brand marketing / outlet marketingJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
