We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with substantial experience in drafting discovery documents, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. This role will focus on preparing detailed legal documents, drafting pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation, alongside organizing case files and ensuring all discovery-related deadlines are met.The ideal candidate will bring strong writing and analytical skills, be capable of drafting complex legal documents with minimal supervision, and have a proactive approach to case management. Candidates must provide past writing samples that highlight their ability to draft discovery and other litigation documents effectively.
