<li>Maintain smart-friendly and approachable attitude towards clients and media personnel</li>
<li>Perform client and media background research</li>
<li>Providing on-ground media relations assistance for coverage of ongoing events.</li>
<li>Research media and develop creative story angels / news hooks to secure press.</li>
</ul>Coordinate and Execute
<ul><li>Review and distribute a full range of written materials including press releases, newsletters, media invites, articles, client correspondence and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure strong follow-up for the best news coverage with the support of Media Relations Director
</li><li>Being proactive with the assigned clients through monthly plans
</li><li>Lead responsibility for daily news coverage
</li><li>Leading projects of different scales from initiating to completion
</li><li>Prepare a monthly report that contains all interview requests for clients</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field</li>
<li>2-3 years' experience working in a Media Relations role or in Public Relations.
</li><li>Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong writing and editorial abilities.
</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
</li><li>Must possess strong project management skills.
</li><li>Must be able to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment and see a project through to completion.
</li><li>Must have the ability to be an influential communications consultant within the organization.

Media Relations Specialist

<div>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support and help manage day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior exposure to PR, communications, or working with agencies is highly desirable, as the role involves supporting both executive operations and external representation.
Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support PR-related initiatives and coordinate with communication agencies when needed.</li>
<li>Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, events, and media interactions.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Anticipate the CEO&rsquo;s needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure efficiency.</li>

<li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.</li>
<li>Previous exposure to PR, communications, or working with agencies is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.</li>
