 <ul>
 <li>
 Regularly conducting demand and supply market analysis for the categories under responsibility, creating purchasing strategies and preparing and implementing relevant action plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Carrying out purchasing processes in line with strategic purchasing principles in all purchasing categories, especially the relevant category,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the coordination of purchasing and supply transactions regarding the relevant category in all countries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodically conducting category-based expenditure analyzes and reporting them to managers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching purchasing opportunities to create cost and quality advantages and creating suggestions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the negotiation and selection of suppliers on behalf of group operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the definition, measurement and development of category-based performance reports and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing all purchasing processes related to the category,
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing risks in the purchasing process and finding alternative solutions in the relevant purchasing category,
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and developing the supplier portfolio. Managing the optimization of the approved supplier list,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting supplier consolidation and expenditure analysis to increase efficiency in the relevant purchasing category,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting value engineering and cost studies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Directing business units within the scope of product development and service to be provided,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting trend, technical and market analysis of economic data and the main raw materials within the scope and to follow the market.
