We are looking for:
A Growth Systems Engineer (AI &amp; Operations) &mdash; a hybrid AI engineer and technical operations builder responsible for designing, automating, and scaling the systems that power NoGood&rsquo;s internal Growth OS. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, automation, data infrastructure, and workflow optimization. You will build AI agents, automate cross-team processes, and support the technical foundation that helps our growth, creative, and analytics teams operate at peak efficiency.
You have:<ul>
<li>
3&ndash;5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, systems engineering, automation, or technical operations.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python and building API-driven integrations or automations.</li>
<li>Experience working with cloud environments and modern data infrastructures.</li>
<li>Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML workflows, and deploying or integrating model-driven systems.</li>
<li>Strong ability to map internal processes and translate them into scalable, automated solutions.</li>
<li>A systems mindset with attention to reliability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, analytics, and operations teams.</li>
<li>High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguous or evolving problems.</li>
<li>Bonus: experience in growth marketing, analytics, or creative operations.</li>
</ul>
You will do:<ul>
<li>
Build and maintain lightweight AI tools and agents to support internal teams and operational workflows.</li>
<li>Automate recurring processes across teams to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop internal scripts, services, and automations that unify workflows and data across the company.</li>
<li>Improve system reliability through better monitoring, error handling, and documentation.</li>
<li>Support internal data infrastructure by streamlining ingestion, transformation, and operational reporting workflows.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and design scalable, technical solutions.</li>
<li>Contribute to the ongoing development of NoGood&rsquo;s AI-native Growth OS, helping shape how work is done across teams.</li>
<li>Evaluate new AI technologies and automation tools to enhance internal operations.</li>
<li>Document systems and provide internal training where needed.</li>
<li>Champion a mindset of technical excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.</li>
