Job Overview As a Part-Time Marketing Social Media Student Intern for Summer &amp; Fall '26, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging content for our social media platforms and assisting in the planning and execution of restaurant activations, seasonal beer fests, and merchandise management. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 8-12+ hours per week, and is ideal for a student or individual seeking practical experience in the consumer products industry. // Must be 21+ at start date.Duties<ul><li>Collaborate with the brand director to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Manage merchandise inventory online and at our Pub - includes ordering, folding, &amp; counting.</li><li>Manage brewery TikTok account.</li><li>Assist in creating and curating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Assist in pre-planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our products/services.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Monitor and analyze social media &amp; digital campaign metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.</li><li>Support the marketing team in other related tasks and projects as needed.</li><li>Assist in brainstorming and planning restaurant activations, including special events, themed promotions, and unique experiences to drive customer engagement.</li></ul>Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:<ul><li>Strong familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content that aligns with our brand image and values.</li><li>Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and trends.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest social media marketing trends and platforms.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience creating TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.</li><li>Basic familiarity with Capcut / Premier Pro, Adobe Lightroom &amp; Photoshop.</li><li>Previous experience managing social media accounts for personal or professional purposes.</li></ul>To apply for the Part-Time Marketing Social Media Internship, please apply here and/or send your resume to jackb@nolibrewhouse.com, along with samples of your social media work.
