 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 
 
 As Isotank Operations Specialist, you will execute operational logistics requirements necessary for the successful import and/or export of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute logistics requirements necessary for the successful export and/or import of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer&rsquo;s satisfaction; Accomplish tasks before deadline given by Isotank Container Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day operational emergencies in your area and to inform Isotank Container Director any serious incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cooperatively with colleagues to balance workloads, resulting in the effective and timely updating of necessary information, customer communication, freight billing, collections and documentation requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Colloborating with the Isotank Container Team weekly, monthly and end of month activities demanded by the business and come up with resolution of any cost control or invoicing issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of the entire operation process for the customers under her/his responsibility,
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of all coordination with Stolt, equipment selection, follow-up,
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing of reservations from Stolt or local customers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the flow of information by making timely and complete notifications to all relevant units,
 </li>
 <li>
 Tank container selection, execution of internal transportation process, follow-up of temporary acceptance procedures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Opening and tracking files in the Stolt program,
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating files in SOFT program, making income/expense entries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following the customs stages of the organized shipments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up, control and preparation of documentation (HBL &amp; MBL) processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Printing HBL and issuing invoices after the ship's departure,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that the relevant documents are delivered to the customers by proceeding in coordination with the finance unit,
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving erroneous invoices by negotiating with the ship owner or suppliers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete and timely preparation of periodic reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 year operations experience in the tank container industry or a comparable alternative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong international experience, and awareness of cultures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be ethical, impartial, organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize, and set goals.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Airfreight Forwarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of extensive track record of professional experience and success as field sales representative in the forwarding / logistics sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 A reliable, trustworthy and serious conduct.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiating and closure skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A good knowledge of spoken and written English and native Turkish.
 </li>
 <li>
 A class B driver's license and able to drive actively
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a customer portfolio is an advantage
 </li>
 </ul>

 Reporting to the Airfreight Director

 <li>
 Responsible for sales and profit responsibility through managing and developing own portfolio of clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying new opportunities for exports/imports so to contribute to the account strategies including an action plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure profitable business through hot sales, follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct clientelle
 </li>
 <li>
 Close follow up of the market insight and competitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation/reporting of sales activities and strong collaboration with the airfreight pricing teams
 </li>
