 The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in providing technical and customer support for Nobel Biocare&rsquo;s dental implant solutions. This role will be responsible for assisting customers, sales representatives, and internal teams with product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in dental implants and a customer-focused mindset to drive satisfaction and business success.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical &amp; Customer Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to Nobel Biocare&rsquo;s dental implants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist medium to small customers who may not have direct access to a sales representative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to inbound calls and emails to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales Team Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Territory Managers and the Product Manager to provide technical expertise.
 </li>

 Support sales representatives with product demonstrations and technical explanations for customer meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the sales team informed on product updates and technical developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive Customer Engagement &amp; Issue Resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to address concerns and ensure optimal product use.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve potential issues, such as product handling challenges or high failure rates, before they escalate.
 </li>

 Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by delivering an outstanding support experience.
 </li>

 Training &amp; Documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams and customers on Nobel Biocare products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights to enhance product quality.

 Experience &amp; Knowledge
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in technical support, sales support, or customer service in the dental or medical device industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of dental implant systems and related treatment procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer service teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CRM software and technical support tools.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Education &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Dentistry, or a related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and verbal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

 This role involves providing operational and administrative support to Sales Representatives in line with budget and sales targets, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales processes.
 
 Customer Services Manager
 
 aims to include tracking invoices and managing payment processes, monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability, and coordinating logistics operations such as order processing, and delivery.

 Manage the day to day operational relationship with our customers and coordinate the receipt of products from stock/warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the timely communication of product requests and follow up product delivery status
 </li>
 <li>
 Being fully responsible of order to invoice process and customer collaboration agenda

 <li>
 Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales and finance teams on customer account matters
 </li>

 Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging
 </li>

 Take full responsibility for your area and ensure all Customer Service, operational, efficiency &amp; financial KPIs are monitored effectively and targets achieved.

 Take ownership and participate in projects, resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels.

 Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 </li>

 Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
 </li>

 Analytical thinking ability and result-oriented approach
