 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers.

 <li>
 Conduct engaging product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase Nobel Biocare solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support and training to dental professionals to maximize product utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Nobel Biocare at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
 </li>

 Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

 Job Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

 Proven sales experience in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.

 Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
 </li>

 BDRs collaborate with the Sales team to convert leads into clients, conduct market research, and develop pipelines. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success.
