 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Builds a comprehensive strategy and sales plan that map out a clear route to hitting company goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing management reports on time essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing Sales Budget and Forecast.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assesses and manages sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Being aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides focused training and sales development sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and maintains high impact relationships with key customers and sales partners in the region, to protect and grow business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops market share together with established KOL
 </li>
 <li>
 Drives increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Builds and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-along, educational events etc.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience And Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Academic background, BS/BA, ideally from business, Eng. or sciences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years people management responsibility in sales management position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving improved sales efficiency through the rigorous use of sales management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability in strategic and analytic thinking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes initiative / proactive
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong results-orientation, highly organized and able to prioritize.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills combined with a high customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building and management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be used to working in an international environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel: 30% of the time
