 In this role, you will support a senior board executive in both personnel and business matters.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Which Profile Are We Looking For?

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
 </li>

 What You'll Be Doing?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Efficiently manage the executive&rsquo;s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Send reminders for appointments and follow up on action items,
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and organize incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide organizational, logistical, general, and technical support across all processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
 </li>
