Overview:</b></p></div><div><p>
The Benefit Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for benefits across all brands in the Noble 33 portfolio. The primary goal of this position is to support the business in maintaining benefit compliance and fostering a positive company culture among all employees. This role is based at our corporate office in Plano, Texas, and reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources. The position supports employees in full-service fine dining restaurants located in multiple states, including California, Arizona, Missouri, Texas, Florida, New York, and Nevada.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Serve as the main contact for benefits.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure compliance with benefit regulations and company policies.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Promote and sustain a positive company culture.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist with open enrollment processes and ensuring Benefits are offered in a timely fashion.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Provide HR training to managers.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Oversee benefits, ACA compliance, 1095&rsquo;s, FMLA and other employee leaves, and employee relations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience negotiating and managing relationships with benefits vendors.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly verbally and in writing.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Advanced PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strategic thought partner who excels in listening, influencing, communicating, and partnering effectively with all levels within the organization.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Qualifications:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of experience and education.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources with an emphasis on Employee Relations and Benefits.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, and a desire to collaborate well as part of a team.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines even in a busy work environment.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all situations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Thorough knowledge of Federal and California state employment laws and regulations.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite , and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
