Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, patient rounds, and care planning sessions.</li><li>Serve as a mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and nursing students.</li></ul>4. Patient Advocacy and Education:<ul><li>Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care practices.</li><li>Advocate for the rights, preferences, and cultural values of patients.</li><li>Ensure that patients and families understand discharge instructions and follow-up care plans.</li></ul>5. Emergency and Crisis Management:<ul><li>Respond promptly to emergencies, including code situations, to provide life-saving interventions.</li><li>Assess and prioritize patient needs in high-stress or critical scenarios.</li></ul>6.
