Picture the start of your shift in a 24/7 molding plant. You walk the floor, check lockout/tagout compliance, review the IQMS dashboard, and huddle with operators about today&rsquo;s priorities. As our Injection Molding Operations Supervisor, this is your daily rhythm&mdash;keeping people safe, machines running to spec, and orders on time while upholding Noble&rsquo;s standards for quality and efficiency. You report to the Production Manager and serve as the point person connecting Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you will lead</b></h3><ul><li>
People leadership: train, coach, and guide machine operators; set clear expectations; deliver performance feedback; build an engaged, accountable team culture.</li><li>
Schedule execution: align manpower to the plan; meet delivery priorities; react in real-time to delays and resource gaps.</li><li>
Cost and quality: control production-related expenses while enforcing inspection standards and supporting automation initiatives.</li><li>
ERP accuracy: drive precise data entry in IQMS (or equivalent) for labor, scrap, downtime, inventory moves, lot traceability, labels, and work order status; use data to inform decisions.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Production control and flow</b></h3><ul><li>
Hit daily/weekly schedules by allocating staff and resources effectively.</li><li>
Track cycle times, scrap rates, downtime, and shift performance; correct course to protect throughput.</li><li>
Coordinate with Technicians, Maintenance, and Planning to reduce interruptions and equipment delays.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Process and equipment oversight</b></h3><ul><li>
Verify operators set up and run molding machines per documented processes, job setup instructions, and approved work instructions.</li><li>
Enforce startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting procedures exactly as written.</li><li>
Partner with Process Technicians and Engineering on optimization and automation improvements.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Quality, safety, and housekeeping</b></h3><ul><li>
Ensure in-process checks, visual inspections, and QC documentation are completed correctly every shift.</li><li>
Audit material handling and paperwork accuracy; initiate rework, containment, and corrective actions with Quality Control.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe workspace; enforce PPE and procedures including Lockout/Tagout; log incidents, near-misses, and findings.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Reporting line</b></h3><p>
This position reports to the Production Manager.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications that set you up for success</b></h3><ul><li>
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and rework methods.</li><li>
Technical degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.</li><li>
5+ years in a manufacturing environment; 3+ years leading people.</li><li>
Inventory and quality control experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong computer skills (MS Excel/Word/Outlook); ERP experience preferred.</li><li>
Capable of standing/walking for the full shift; able to lift up to 55 lbs; effective vision and hearing in an industrial environment.</li><li>
Fluent in English, both reading and writing.</li><li>
Must sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement.</li></ul><p>

Compliance</b></h3><ul><li>
Per requirements in our ITAR-regulated government contract, this position is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) due to the need to access controlled technology. Noble will not apply or manage the required export license.</li><li>
