Design Engaging Language Experiences: Develop or implement a backward-planned curriculum to ensure students progress in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.</div></li><li><div>
Foster Real-World Fluency: Create classroom activities that simulate real-world language use, encouraging students to speak and think in the target language.</div></li><li><div>
Empower Through Culture: Deliver culturally responsive and sustaining instruction that connects students to the richness of language and culture.</div></li><li><div>
Promote Active Participation: Use diverse teaching strategies to engage all learners, creating an environment where every student builds confidence in their language abilities.</div></li><li><div>
