<p>
As a <b>Therapy Support Specialist</b>, you will play a crucial role in representing Noctrix. You will work closely with patients and clinicians to provide an exceptional onboarding experience through personalized activation sessions, as well as proactive and reactive remote therapy support via phone and video calls, text, email, and chat. Your consultative approach will ensure the smooth and successful use of Nidra therapy. Additionally, you will capture clinical support needs, provide valuable feedback to the marketing, sales, and product development teams, and collaborate with clinicians and functional organizations to define additional training requirements. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and reports to the leader of Customer Care.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Represent Noctrix in direct virtual patient interactions, including application training, product demonstrations, and proactive and reactive therapy support</li>
<li>Serve as a consultant to clinicians and technicians during the implementation process and calibration sessions to ensure the smooth and effective integration of our product</li>
<li>Capture therapy support needs and provide valuable feedback to the product management and development teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinicians and functional organizations to recommend content for training courses and materials</li>
<li>Maintain existing relationships with patients, as well as our clinical and business partners</li>
<li>Accurately input and manage customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data capture for client relationship management</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>

<li>High school diploma required</li>
<li>An associate or bachelor's degree in biology or a health-related field is encouraged and preferred for many promotional opportunities</li>
<li>Exceptional positive attitude, consistently demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond in helping individuals navigate their challenges, while providing empathetic support and solutions with patience and understanding</li>
<li>Proven customer service excellence, with a strong ability to empathize and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients seeking therapy or technical assistance</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate effectively</li>
<li>Ability to understand, convey, coach, and teach others about the clinical aspects and technical use of the product</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose complex customer issues cross-functionally with minimal guidance, using new technologies</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a complex, challenging environment</li>
<li>Previous experience in the sleep or neuromodulation industries is considered a plus</li>

<li>This is a full-time, remote position with the potential for up to 10% travel during the first year</li>

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused <b>Inside Sales Specialist</b> to serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their Nidra Therapy journey. This individual will guide patients from prescription through shipment, provide education on Nidra Therapy, help patients understand their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities, and coordinate with internal teams to support a timely and positive patient experience</p>
<p>
This role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain clinical, product, and insurance-related information clearly. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with Patient Access, Customer Care, Sales, and other internal teams to address barriers, maintain patient engagement, and help patients move forward with therapy</p>
<p>
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience supporting patients or customers in a healthcare environment, and a working understanding of insurance benefits and patient access processes. Success in this role requires a patient-centered mindset, persistence, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide patients through the Nidra Therapy journey from prescription through shipment using phone, email, SMS, live chat, and other communication channels</li>
<li>Serve as a consistent point of contact for patients, providing compassionate, timely, and accurate support throughout the process</li>
<li>Educate patients on Nidra Therapy, including treatment expectations, product features, potential benefits, and how the therapy compares with traditional treatment options</li>
<li>Explain insurance coverage, benefits, out-of-pocket costs, financial responsibilities, and available payment options in a clear and patient-friendly manner</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a working knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Veterans Affairs benefits, and other payer pathways</li>
<li>Help patients understand patient access processes, including benefits verification, prior authorizations, documentation requirements, denials, and appeals</li>
<li>Conduct proactive outbound outreach and respond promptly to inbound patient inquiries to maintain engagement and support progression toward shipment</li>
<li>Identify barriers that may prevent patients from moving forward and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functionally with Patient Access, Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support timely patient progression</li>
<li>Handle a broad range of patient engagement, sales, and service responsibilities with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, case status, follow-up activities, and outcomes within Salesforce Health Cloud</li>
<li>Ensure all patient communications and documentation comply with HIPAA requirements, company policies, and applicable procedures</li>
<li>Provide feedback on patient concerns, recurring barriers, and workflow opportunities to improve the overall patient journey</li>
<li>Meet performance goals related to patient engagement, case progression, shipment conversion, documentation quality, and customer satisfaction</li>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred, with equivalent experience in healthcare, patient access, insurance, sales, or customer service considered in lieu of a degree</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, patient access, health insurance, inside sales, care coordination, or customer service</li>
<li>Experience communicating directly with patients or customers by phone, email, text, or other digital channels</li>
<li>Knowledge of insurance benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and Durable Medical Equipment processes preferred</li>
<li>Ability to explain complex therapy, insurance, and financial information in a clear, accurate, and compassionate manner</li>
<li>Strong patient engagement, relationship-building, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish considered an advantage</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or a similar CRM or case-management platform preferred</li>
