This role requires a data-driven marketer who can track KPIs, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Responsibilities Include: 1. Growth &amp; Demand Generation <ul><li>Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events,</li></ul>partnerships) to drive pipeline growth.<ul><li>Own lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and revenue acceleration strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to optimize the marketing funnel and improve ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new customer acquisition channels and test innovative strategies.</li></ul>2. Marketing Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking <ul><li>Define, track, and optimize marketing KPIs.</li></ul><ul><li>Derive insights from reports, identify gaps, and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to measure and refine marketing efforts.</li></ul>3. Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization <ul><li>Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.</li></ul><ul><li>Optimize content, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies.</li></ul>4. Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Partner with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with designers, and agencies to execute campaigns effectively.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.</li></ul>Required skills and Experience: <ul><li>6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.</li><li>Proven expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and inbound strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills &ndash; ability to derive insights from data and make data-backed decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS, Tech-driven industries.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).</li><li>Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.</li></ul>Contact: 080 350 10646 Please send your resume to hr@infoveave.com to apply.
