The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in video post-production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing e-commerce videos, short-form content (like Instagram Reels), and campaign video assets. You'll be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, visually compelling video content that elevates our brand and engages our audience, all while maintaining a keen eye for cinematic storytelling and visual aesthetics.ResponsibilitiesPost-Production for Product &amp; Promotional Videos:<ul><li>Execute high-quality video edits for product and promotional content, showcasing items in dynamic and engaging ways for online platforms.</li><li>Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and overall production quality across all edited videos, delivering a professional and polished final product.</li><li>Work efficiently to manage high volumes of video content and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Editing Instagram Reels &amp; Short-Form Video Content:<ul><li>Conceptualize and produce engaging and visually appealing edits for Instagram Reels and other short-form video content to promote brand messaging and initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure edited content aligns seamlessly with brand strategy and current trends.</li><li>Utilize creative editing techniques to capture dynamic and attention-grabbing video content, with a strong focus on impactful visual storytelling.</li></ul>Advanced Video Editing, Retouching &amp; Color Correction:<ul><li>Perform advanced video editing, precise retouching, and expert color correction to ensure the highest quality final videos.</li><li>Masterfully use professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to enhance visuals and maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Efficiently manage and organize digital assets, ensuring a streamlined workflow and meticulous file management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in editing e-commerce content, short-form videos, and campaign videos with a strong cinematic style.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in professional video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.</li><li>Expertise in color grading, video retouching, and compositing.</li><li>Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, pacing, and cinematic storytelling.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and marketing teams.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of sound design and audio editing for video.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.</li><li>Understanding of various video codecs, file formats, and delivery specifications.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you reside in the western part of Mumbai?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video editing: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
