We are hiring a Portfolio Analyst to manage and report on the performance of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making. The role focuses on analyzing portfolio data, monitoring performance against KPIs, and translating complex information into clear reports and dashboards. We specialize in connecting top-tier talent with industry leaders, driving innovation, and fostering high-performance cultures across the MENA region and beyond.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and deliver portfolio performance reports, including project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics.</li><li>Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio performance and alignment with strategic goals.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather, validate, and maintain accurate portfolio data.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and strategic objectives and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Facilitate portfolio reviews and prepare presentations for governance and senior leadership meetings.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards and organizational policies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, PMO, or a related role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of portfolio management principles, reporting standards, and governance practices.</li><li>Experience with portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage data across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
