Project Manager

<div><p>In this Hands-On Developer/Tester role, you&rsquo;ll implement subsystems, ensure systems are robust, scalable, and performance-driven. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand both functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into innovative, cloud-native solutions.

You'll execute POCs, design integrated software systems with a focus on compatibility and high performance. You'll contribute to design reviews, assess risks, validate technical choices, throughout the development lifecycle. You will be lead engineers and mentor juniors and and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.</p></div>
<br><div><ul><li>Design, Develop, Test, Automate and Deliver products , translating requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
</li><li>Be a strong, hands-on coding and trouble shooting expert, work with the team everyday
</li><li>Implement Features, Review, Automate Tests, Adhere to Standards and DoD
</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver against functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product needs.</li></ul></div>
<br><div><p><b>You Have:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent degree) with minimum 5+ years software development and design.
</li><li>Proven hands-on expertise in system architecture, cloud-native design, and microservices development using Linux, Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
</li><li>Skilled in automation and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and monitoring/logging solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack
</li><li>Strong track record of working in agile environments and driving end-to-end technical excellence across complex, scalable systems
</li></ul><p><b>It would be nice if you also had:
