What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures</li><li>
Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally</li><li>
Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness</li><li>
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies</li><li>
Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation</li><li>
Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies</li></ul>
Requirements:

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
HVAC certification preferred, but not required.</li><li>
4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role</li><li>
Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments</li><li>
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>
A proactive, team-oriented mindset</li></ul>
Additional Details<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices</li><li>
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions</li><li>
