 Mechanical Technician
 
 will carry out maintenance, modification, overhauling and installation activities on the mechanical machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability.
 
 
 
 
 
 Mechanical Maintenance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carry out required daily mechanical maintenance work and routine preventative mechanical maintenance work according to set schedules and ACWA NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the physical condition of all machines in assigned plant and report non-conformances to Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor to facilitate effective maintenance of all ACWA NOMAC facilities as per set Quality/ HSE standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trouble shoot using necessary tools and spare parts which include diagnosis, repairing and checking equipment for corrosion, cracks, leaks, failures and perform necessary routine repairs to facilitate uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose causes of mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as defective parts replacement, adjustment, alignment, oiling, greasing and boiling and take corrective measures in collaboration with Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read and understand technical manuals, mechanical diagrams and machinery drawings and apply the knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, to prepare for the mechanical maintenance to machinery in the assigned area
 </li>
 </ul>

Mechanical Technician

 What we need?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 CCR Operator
 
 for Ibri Power Plant, will monitor and control the operations and parameters of the power and water units through the plant&rsquo;s control room and maintain a steady state of operations of the units, to meet the required production targets, in accordance with ACWA NOMAC&rsquo;s work instructions and quality and HSSE standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Control Room Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate the assigned unit / plant from the control panel as per defined procedures, adjust operating conditions and product flows and take immediate corrective action in the event of abnormalities or malfunction in the operating equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop thorough understanding of plant layout, processes, operating advanced technology systems and equipment and work procedures of multiple operating assets in order to perform duties and day-to-day operations as per defined quality/HSE standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators, informing them of current operating conditions and initiating required actions to maintain operations within the agreed operating parameters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update the control room registers and logs and carry out proper shift handover to ensure seamless communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the work instructions of the Shift Supervisor / Engineer, monitor any system abnormalities and take quick actions and decisions to normalize the equipment as per the work instructions / SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make initial diagnostic check to determine cause of equipment malfunction, correct faults if required or raise work requests for faulty equipment to the concerned departments and follow up for the timely and efficient defect rectification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and ensure Lock Out &amp; Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance and normalize the equipment after cancellation, as per the approved Permit to Work procedure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-the-job training to junior team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and achievement of defined quality standards within the team.
 </li>
 </ul>

 I&amp;C Engineer
 
 will supervise and manage the instrumentation and control maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, systems engineering design, planned outage and overhauling work activities for all instrumentation and control systems in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and system reliability.
