This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys capturing properties through high-quality photography, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.Nomadic Real Estate is a family-owned property management and real estate firm managing approximately 1,400 residential properties throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and showcasing our homes in the best possible way.This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of homes while enjoying the stability of full-time employment, consistent scheduling, and benefits.Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture professional real estate photography for residential rental properties</li><li>Film, edit, and publish property walkthrough videos for marketing and listing purposes</li><li>Create Matterport and/or Zillow 3D virtual tours</li><li>Edit and process photos and videos to ensure high-quality final marketing assets</li><li>Utilize HDR photography editing techniques</li><li>Assist with production of marketing and sales materials to showcase our brand to homeowners, investors, and residents throughout the DC Area</li><li>Coordinate scheduling and travel to properties across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia</li><li>Ensure properties are presented in their best visual condition during shoots</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with real estate photography and videography</li><li>Strong experience using photo and video editing tools, including HDR editing</li><li>Experience creating Matterport virtual tours preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to capture spaces effectively</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple property shoots</li><li>Reliable transportation for travel between properties</li></ul>Equipment Requirements<ul><li>Photographer must provide their own photography and videography equipment</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM</li><li>Working hours may vary seasonally based on daylight hours</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base salary plus per-shoot compensation</li><li>Consistent volume of shoots throughout the year</li></ul>BenefitsFull-time team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:<ul><li>Health and dental plans</li><li>Paid vacation and sick time</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays</li></ul>FLSA Designation: Non-ExemptNomadic Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
