We&rsquo;re looking for a Legal Executive to join our in-house legal team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, supporting the day-to-day legal, corporate governance and compliance needs of the business.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, from managing legal and corporate documentation, to drafting, implementing and maintaining policies, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
You&rsquo;ll bring experience in corporate legal or company secretarial work, ideally gained in-house or within a professional services environment, and be comfortable working closely with stakeholders across the business.
As part of a collaborative legal team, you&rsquo;ll also support other areas of the business as required, flexing with workload and business priorities.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Roles &amp; Responsibilities</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Corporate &amp; Company Secretarial</h3><ul><li>
Support the maintenance and administration of the Group&rsquo;s corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions</li><li>
Prepare, file and manage statutory filings, resolutions and corporate records</li><li>
Maintain entity registers, minute books and organisational charts</li><li>
Assist with the incorporation, restructuring and wind-down of entities as required</li><li>
Coordinate with external corporate service providers, registrars and local advisors</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compliance &amp; Governance</h3><ul><li>
Support ongoing compliance requirements, including local filings, annual returns and director/officer changes</li><li>
Assist with the maintenance of internal policies and compliance documentation</li><li>
Support audit, due diligence and internal reporting requests</li><li>
Track legal and regulatory deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Stakeholder &amp; Team Support</h3><ul><li>
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Product and Operations teams on day-to-day matters</li><li>
Act as a point of contact for routine corporate and legal queries</li><li>
Escalate issues to senior members of the legal team when appropriate</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
About You</h2><ul><li>
2&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in a corporate legal, company secretarial, or governance-focused role</li><li>
Able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Demonstrates sound commercial judgement and an understanding of business priorities</li><li>
Highly organised with strong time-management skills and attention to detail</li><li>
An excellent communicator, able to explain legal and corporate matters clearly and pragmatically without unnecessary jargon</li><li>
Comfortable drafting clear, concise written communications, correspondence and guidance</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident adopting new systems and tools</li><li>
Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a growing, evolving business environment</li><li>
A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach to work, committed to sharing knowledge and keeping stakeholders informed</li></ul>
