This role is vital for leading the successful onboarding of new customers onto the NOMIA platform. You will be a hands-on leader, adept at project and stakeholder management, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and a passion for driving rapid value for our customers. 
Roles &amp; Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>End-to-End Project Leadership: Spearhead the complete implementation lifecycle for customers, overseeing all stages from initial planning and kick-off to go-live and final handover. This includes proactively managing all project tasks, milestones, and risks to ensure a swift and successful onboarding journey. </li>

<li>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication: Effectively manage and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including technical and data teams, functional consultants, procurement professionals, change management leaders, and supplier enablement teams. </li>

<li>Portfolio Management &amp; Prioritisation: Successfully manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects, effectively prioritising tasks to meet competing deadlines and customer expectations. </li>

<li>Customer Focus: Show an unwavering commitment to customer success, acting as the ultimate owner of the customer's onboarding journey to ensure it is both swift and successful. </li>

Qualifications/Skills:

<li>Proven Project Management Experience: 3 to 6 years of demonstrable experience managing complex procurement transformation projects within a challenging, fast-paced environment. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Procurement Technology Implementation: Prior hands-on experience implementing procurement software or ERP systems is essential. Examples include Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba (Buying and Invoicing), or Oracle Fusion. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Agile Project Delivery: Experience with Agile project management methodologies and their application in a software implementation context. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Formal Project Management Credentials: A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Procurement Acumen: A professional procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS) or equivalent, demonstrating deep knowledge of procurement principles and best practices. </li>
</ul>

Implementation Manager

To ensure the existing Tail Spend Management SaaS platform is fit for purpose and the future product enhancements are appropriate and timely. This role is critical in shaping the direction of both our external and internal platforms. Acting as the bridge between the business needs and technology delivery, you will ensure that customer, supplier and internal requirements are translated into clear product priorities, while driving execution across product &amp; engineering teams. You will own the product roadmap, oversee product development cycles and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver features that meet customer needs, align with business strategy and maintain high standards of quality and timeliness. This role is a leadership role, which requires building a team of high quality product managers and empowering them to excel. The team will need to be external facing (market, customers, competitors) and have strong business analysis &amp; project management skills. The Head of Product role requires a balance of hands-on product management with strategic oversight, with the ability to step into leadership gaps as needed to ensure continuity in product vision and delivery. Roles &amp; Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.</li> <li>Work closely with the CPO to shape product strategy, while independently managing key strategic and operational responsibilities.
