 Role Summary
 
 
 
 This isn't a typical AI/ML role. You won't be training models in isolation or writing research papers. You'll be embedded in the real world. Talking to students, school staff and internal leaders. You&rsquo;ll be understanding messy operational problems, and shipping working systems that people rely on every single day.
 
 
 You'll use AI as a power tool alongside strong product engineering skills to build internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Investigate real problems
 
 &mdash; sit with ops teams and school leads to deeply understand what's broken before writing a line of code.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build fast
 
 &mdash; go from messy problem &rarr; spec &rarr; working prototype in days, not months. We use Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and every AI tool that makes us faster.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ship products, not scripts
 
 &mdash; build real, production-quality tools with great UX (React/TypeScript, Supabase, APIs). Our users are internal Nooners, students, teachers, and school staff. Each user deserves thoughtful designs!

 <li>
 
 Design systems that compound
 
 &mdash; think in loops, not features. Data &rarr; insight &rarr; action &rarr; feedback &rarr; better data.

 Own your domain end-to-end
 
 &mdash; from problem discovery to adoption. If nobody uses it, we haven't succeeded.

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 Learning Experience Designers own the learning journey for our students. They systematically apply the best of learning science to create outstanding learning experiences for our students. This role will partner with curriculum leads, teachers, product, and engineering to create learner-centred course designs, multimedia learning assets, assessments, and facilitator guides that support measurable student outcomes.
 
 
 The role is fully remote and will work across time zones to align with our delivery cadence.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope &amp; sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned to Noon learning outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop assessment strategies and rubrics that measure mastery and inform iterative improvements to content and instruction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to QA learning flows in the platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure learning resources are localised for language and other contextual factors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions and improve engagement and learning gains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and use of EdTech tools to enable high-fidelity implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content, driving continuous improvement cycles.

 Must-Have Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Arts, Education, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years designing digital or blended learning experiences for High School grades.
 </li>
 <li>
 Subject matter expertise in teaching Sciences, Math, or ELA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides informed by learning objectives and evidence-based practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies for mixed-ability classrooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to produce clear learner-facing content and teacher-facing documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred).
