Position Overview As the Accountant at HIFI NET SMC, you are responsible for managing bookkeeping, handling accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining organized financial records. Your role also includes overseeing general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing office supplies, and supporting management with operational planning and basic financial analysis. This position bridges both finance and administrative functions to support overall business efficiency.Key Responsibilities Accounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger entries.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and balance sheets.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.</li><li>Manage payroll processing and maintain employee salary records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax laws, EOBI, and withholding regulations.</li><li>Maintain organized records, both digital and physical.</li><li>Draft internal communication, memos, and assist with policy and SOP creation.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Oversee general office maintenance, supplies, and administrative needs.</li><li>Provide support to management for operational planning and basic financial analysis.</li></ul>Work Hours: Your working hours will be from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Extended hours may occasionally be required to meet the client deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
