<ul><li>Budgeting: Developing cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment to establish a project budget.</li>
<li>Cost Control: Monitoring expenses daily or weekly to minimize overspending and manage cash flow.</li>
<li>Procurement: Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to purchase or hire essential building equipment and materials.</li>

Submission &amp; Follow-up ,Assist in timely submission of bids (online and physical). ,Coordinate bid opening attendance and record results. , Support post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and correspondence.</p>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</b> , Bachelor&rsquo;s degree. Minimum 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience in bidding/tendering for construction or infrastructure projects.</p>
