<li>Prepare <b>quantity takeoffs and BOQs</b> for earthwork, concrete, steel, and dam structures</li>
<li>Develop and monitor <b>project cost estimates and budgets</b></li>
<li>Handle <b>contract administration</b> (e.g., FIDIC), including variations and claims</li>
<li>Take site measurements and prepare <b>running bills (IPC)</b> and payment certificates</li>
<li>Assist in <b>procurement</b>, tendering, and evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers</li>
<li>Track <b>project progress and cost reports</b> (weekly/monthly)</li>
<li>Manage <b>variation orders and claims</b> due to design or site changes</li>
<li>Coordinate with headoffice team and maintain <b>accurate documentation and records</b></li></ul></div><p></p>
