Job Title: Senior GC Estimator (US Based Estimation)Location: Peco Road, LahoreJob Type: Full-Time (Morning Shift: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM)Experience Required: 1-2 years of US-based experienceJob OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Contractor (GC) Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 year of hands-on experience in estimating for GC projects based in the United States. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, assessing project risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution. A solid understanding of US construction practices and standards is essential.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract accurate quantities.</li><li>Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs using tools such as Bluebeam and Plan Swift.</li><li>Assist in compiling estimates in accordance with all CSI divisions.</li><li>Coordinate with the senior estimator for scope clarifications and project updates.</li><li>Maintain well-organized project documentation and estimation files.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate and competitive estimates.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary inputs.</li><li>Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and incorporate them into the estimates.</li><li>Track project costs and budget variances, providing timely updates.</li><li>Ensure all estimates are compliant with relevant US building codes and regulatory standards.</li><li>Maintain and update cost databases, estimation tools, and reference libraries.</li><li>Support the project execution team post-award to ensure alignment with the original estimate.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 year of US-based experience in estimating for general contracting projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of US construction methods, codes, and industry practices.</li><li>Proficiency in estimating software such as Plan Swift &amp; Bluebeam tools.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience working with General Contractors on commercial &amp; residential US-based projects.</li></ul>Employee Benefits<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Daily Meal Provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Leaves</li><li>Leave Encashment</li><li>Professional Development Opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
