<li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years in technical positions or quality assurance or logistics roles within industrial, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.</li>
<li>Hands-on involvement in FMEA processes (p-FMEA and d-FMEA).</li>
<li>Background in non-conformity management, including incident reporting and root cause analysis.</li>
<li>Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.</li>

<li>Handle Non-Conformity Management: open commercial and technical incidents in ServiceNow, notify suppliers, and liaise with first claim handlers. Administrator of &ldquo;QSE &ndash; Logistic PM&rdquo; group in Service Now.</li>
<li>Record and follow up on incidents during transportation; communicate with the Insurance department when activation is required.</li>
