 Supply Chain Manager
 
 to be responsible for the following daily operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategy &amp; Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with global standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Set performance targets and lead the team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Governance &amp; Global Alignment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with global SCM processes, standards, and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular reporting and integrate global priorities at the plant level
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Procurement &amp; Logistics
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage procurement of materials, components, and indirect spend
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain supplier relationships and oversee import/export operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate inbound logistics and ensure regulatory compliance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Guarantee timely material supply to production and manage waste handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Performance &amp; Cost Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to meet targets (e.g., DIO, OTIF, accuracy, SMI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor budget adherence and lead cost-saving initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years
 
 of experience in supply chain roles, including 5 years in leadership, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments (automotive is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with procurement, cost control, and planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), with advanced expertise in MRP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communicator with a proactive, analytical, and safety-conscious approach.
 </li>
