 Nordex is global leader in wind turbine manufacturing, and we are excited to announce that we are expanding our footprint in T&uuml;rkiye with a new blade production plant in &Idot;zmir. As we are growing with a new production plant, we are looking for a qualified &amp; experienced Plant Manager to be responsible for the following daily operations.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 &bull; Lead the plant to achieve production objectives while ensuring full compliance with Nordex&rsquo;s safety, quality, budgeting, and environmental standards.
 
 &bull; Oversee blade manufacturing operations by delegating responsibilities effectively through key managers.
 
 &bull; Manage plant resources including personnel and equipment to support all operational areas efficiently.
 
 &bull; Foster a strong Safety and Quality culture by defining and implementing relevant measures.
 
 &bull; Drive continuous improvement by applying LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring world-class production standards.
 
 &bull; Collaborate with headquarters and the local management team to implement and monitor key improvement initiatives.
 
 &bull; Develop and execute strategies for business growth and process optimization, aiming to maximize output and minimize costs without compromising safety or quality.
 
 &bull; Monitor financial performance and operational systems to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
 
 &bull; Ensure company policies, standards, and applicable laws and regulations are well understood and consistently followed across the plant.
 
 &bull; Work closely with global teams to address operational issues and provide regular reporting.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; a Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
 
 &bull; Proven experience in managing blade manufacturing operations is a must
 
 &bull; Prior experience with having an active role for the initial planning of operations &amp; processes for a production plants is a bonus
 
 &bull; Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
 
 &bull; Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards in a production environment.
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and local teams.
 
 &bull; Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and performance monitoring.
 
 &bull; Fluent in English is a must

 Project Manager
 
 to be responsible for the following daily operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Main responsibility of this role is pivotal in establishing the manufacturing system from scratch and continuously optimizing blade production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the ramp-up phase of the blade manufacturing plant, including planning, execution, and transition to full-scale operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement the blade manufacturing system, including layout, workflows, equipment selection, and process documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously adjust and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the execution of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with all parties, ensuring high levels of quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage key suppliers, including those responsible for transportation, erection, and installation before and during plant operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide monthly progress reports to local and global management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full implementation and compliance with all internal Nordex processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with support functions (Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain) to meet project specifications and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery of components in close collaboration with the departments involved and suppliers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience with blade manufacturing is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the energy or manufacturing engineering sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in manufacturing system design and process optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in Turkish business culture and international environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to manage a portfolio of complex projects from a global perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel frequently within Turkey and abroad.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driving license.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong competencies in: Planning &amp; organizing as well as End-to-end project ownership
 </li>
