Senior Consultant</div></div><div><div>
A Senior Consultant provides consulting services to clients on Epic-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership or training capacity.</div></div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients</div></li><li><div>
Apply technical expertise to individual client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems</div></li><li><div>
Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy</div></li><li><div>
Track and document risks and issues</div></li><li><div>
Analyze and document workflows</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation</div></li><li><div>
Work directly with Epic end users. Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions</div></li><li><div>
Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination</div></li><li><div>
Additional specific duties related to the project as may be required and dictated by individual clients. These duties are documented on a per-contract basis in the client&rsquo;s statement of work</div></li><li><div>
May be invited to attend corporate functions as a representative of the company to meet prospective consultants, as well as solidify relationships with client and Nordic co-workers</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Skills and Experience</div><ul><li><div>
All consultants must possess <i>at least</i> one Epic certification</div></li><li><div>
Minimum two years&rsquo; work experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or Instructional Designer after certification</div></li><li><div>
Multiple certifications preferred</div></li><li><div>
Some project management experience is preferred</div></li><li><div>
For project management/leadership roles, PMP strongly preferred</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication skills, written and verbal</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized, able to multi-task as well as maintain intense focus on individual tasks</div></li><li><div>
Self-starter with ability to maintain schedule, meet deadlines, and monitor one&rsquo;s own work product</div></li><li><div>

Senior Consultant - Epic Principal Trainer - Remote

The Role</div><div>
A Nordic Consultant is more than just an Epic expert. Our analysts take ownership for their work and the greater success of the organization. We&rsquo;re also looking for someone who listens to the client and understands that each project and organization is unique. You'll need to tackle tough projects to help those organizations succeed. Experience in Quality and Regulatory Reporting at the federal, state, and local levels is a critical skill for this position; it is not required but there must be a desire to learn for it guides all we do. Knowledge and/or experience implementing Epic is required, and if you have clinical experience, worked on optimization projects, that&rsquo;s a plus.</div><div></div><div>
The Senior Consultant on our Quality team is an experienced healthcare IT expert that supports the design, build and delivery of EHR solutions for Nordic clients by serving as a key liaison between client operational stakeholders and technical staff and possess the following attributes:</div><div></div><ul><li>

This position works under the direction of the Manager, Digital Health &ndash; Quality to address documented client needs while actively seeking opportunities to refine client deliverables, build knowledge in new domains, and improve Nordic&rsquo;s business processes.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><div>
A Consultant provides consulting services to clients on EHR-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership or advisory capacity.</div><ul><li>
Provide quality and regulatory advisory services to ensure the client is successful in meeting requirement programs, incentive programs and payor requirements</li><li>
Ensure alignment of quality and regulatory programs during workflow and technical discussions</li><li>
Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients</li><li>
Analyze clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment based on regulatory requirements</li><li>
Collaborate with client stakeholders to project manage internal client initiatives</li><li>
Gather detailed requirement specifications for client deliverables</li><li>
Design, build, configure, and implement assigned application technical workflows to support clinical and operational workflows</li><li>
Apply technical expertise to individual client system build to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems</li><li>
Support clinical, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned applications which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.</li><li>
Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy</li><li>
Track and document risks and issues</li><li>
Analyze and document workflows</li><li>
Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and meeting facilitation</li><li>

Skills and Experience</div><ul><li>
Current Epic Certification in Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Clinical Documentation, Bugsy, or Orders</li><li>
Epic Regulatory Reporting and Best Practice Advisories Badge preferred, not required</li><li>
At least 6 years of Epic build experience with clinical applications</li><li>
At least 2 years of Epic build experience to support quality and regulatory programs (i.e. UDS, MIPS/MACRA, Promoting Interoperability, eCQMs) preferred</li><li>
At least 2 years of quality and regulatory compliance understanding and experience to include programs such accreditation bodies (TJC, DNV), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health and Human Services, etc. preferred</li><li>
Clinical experience preferred, not required</li><li>
Exceptional customer management and service skills</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems</li><li>
Ability to organize with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>
Able to work independently and within a team environment</li><li>
