$27.84-$45.46/hr. depending on previous work experience.</li><li>
Evening differential $2.50/hr.</li><li>
Night differential $3.00/hr.</li><li>
Weekend differential $3.00/hr.</li><li>

Norman Regional Health System Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team. We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff. We are looking for Healers who can encompass our Norman Regional Health System five care values: Integrity, Communications, Attitude, Results, and Engagement; or as we cal,l ICARE values. We a special team of Neonatal Nurses. Our mission is to serve our community as the leader in health and wellness. We do so by providing a positive and compassionate attitude toward our families, and co-workers.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:</div><ul><li>
Assessment/reassessment - Systematically assesses / reassesses the health care needs of individuals; appropriate for specific age groups and patient conditions. Involves patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate</li><li>
Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes, involving patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate.</li><li>
Implementation and Coordination of Care - Provides nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgement guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations and policy</li><li>
Evaluation - Evaluates patient outcomes by utilizing the critical thinking process and evidence based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts and reach sound conclusions.</li><li>
Evaluates discharge needs related to plan of care utilizing resources as needed.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Education</b></div><ul><li>
Diploma or Associate&rsquo;s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.</li></ul><div><b>
Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.</li></ul><div>
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Licensure/Certification</b></div><ul><li>
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
</li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.</li><li>
For the entire Maternal Child tower, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) is required within 6 months of hire and to be maintained throughout employment.</li><li>
New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.</li></ul></div>
