The role involves promoting and selling new and refurbished laptops, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients seeking laptop repairs and services. This isn an exciting opportunity to grow within the rapidly expanding laptop sales and services industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell new and refurbished laptops to customers.</li><li>Provide consultations and technical advice to customers regarding laptop features, specifications, and services.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and support.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, prices, and promotions.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, and follow up on leads.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.</li><li>Support customers in the laptop repair process, from diagnosis to completion.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics or IT-related products.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of laptops and computer hardware is a plus.</li><li>Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Previous experience in the tech or retail sector is an advantage.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Pay scale: Up to &#8377;17,000/month + Incentives (Based on performance).</li><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
