We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee and manage our spare laptop vendors and ensure smooth distribution of spare parts across all branches. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in handling purchase operations in a tech or service-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate with spare laptop vendors.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of quality spare parts at competitive prices.</li><li>Oversee branch-wise spare parts distribution.</li><li>Maintain purchase records, stock levels, and vendor performance.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement processes.</li><li>Coordinate with branch managers and service teams for spare requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in the electronics/service industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple branches and handle distribution effectively.</li><li>Basic understanding of laptop components and spare parts is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job description-AccountantRoles and Responsibilities:1. Financial Management:&middot; Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.&middot; Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy&middot; Manage month-end and year-end closing processes2. Tax Compliance:&middot; Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.&middot; Prepare and file tax returns on time.&middot; Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports in a timely manner.3.Risk Management:&middot; Identify and assess financial risks.&middot; Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.4. Stakeholder Relations:&middot; Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and auditors.5. Accounts Receivable:&middot; Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.6. Reporting:&middot; Prepare and submit required reports to the Finance Manager.&middot; Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.8.
