Nortal is seeking a Project Manager to join us in tackling challenges and creating impactful success stories together. 
 
As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply and further develop your project management skills and contribute to the success of our organization. This role is for you if you value cooperation, and stakeholders&rsquo; engagement, alongside technical and/or domain understanding of what the project is to achieve.
The role is based in Oman and Nortal offers support in the relocation process!
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Accountable for P&amp;L and project organization as a whole</li><li>
Full project team setup (what part we develop where, vendor contracts, full resourcing plan, key hires &amp; fires, delivery process, etc).</li><li>
Full project plans &amp; KPIs in place</li><li>
Managing key customer relationships</li><li>
Key negotiations (scope, etc).</li><li>
Being responsible PM for some of functionality/area, handing over (accounting)</li><li>
Resolving conflicts between delivery manager and project manager and different teams</li><li>
Key growth &amp; development plans</li><li>
Maintains the overall project plan and escalates any discrepancies to any relevant party</li><li>
Updates release plan depending on each sprint outcome</li><li>
Resource planning experience</li><li>
Project Forecast</li><li>
Scope escalations</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in project management with experience in technical project management and leading project teams</li><li>
PMP or Prince 2 project management certification is a plus</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in change management with a track record of successfully navigating and implementing changes.</li><li>
Focus on building strong team, team members satisfaction and building relationships with team members.</li><li>
Proficiency in both classic and agile project management methods, ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience</li><li>
IT project management expertise, preferably with experience working with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders</li><li>
Independent, committed, and structured working style</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset</li><li>
Proficiency in English</li><li>
Hands-on mentality, high quality awareness, and the ability to maintain optimism and humor even in critical phases</li></ul><div>
