<p>Your Daily Role:
</p><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support business goals.</li>
<li>Monitor plant and operational financial results, identifying key risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with production, packaging, accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost controls.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and finance transformation projects to increase efficiency and business value.</li></ul><br>

</div></div></div><div></div><p>What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?</p>

<div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>5&ndash;10 years of Financial Analyst experience with strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and data analysis tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for various audiences.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving results.</li></ul><br>
