Physical Therapist (PT) Position Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.</li><li>
Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.</li><li>
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.</li><li>
Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.</li><li>
Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Additional Information<ul><li>
Clinical knowledge and strong patient rapport-building required.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.</li><li>
Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.</li><li>
License: Current PT license.</li><li>
Certifications: CPR certification required.</li></ul>
