Responsibilities:

Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans, working to ensure schedules meet production goals, and developing reports on production goals. The Treatment Plan Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills Required to Make a Great &ldquo;Impression&rdquo; on Our Team</b></div><ul><li>
Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and responds to telephone inquiries from potential patients.</li><li>
Assists the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services.</li><li>
Case presentation and acceptance including chair-side treatment planning.</li><li>
Friendly, professional, organized, work with a sense of urgency, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.</li><li>
Conducts treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans.</li><li>
Schedules, reschedules, and confirms new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities to patients seeking care and working to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

1 year dental experience</li><li>
Excel in multi-tasking and time management</li><li>
Must possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills.</li><li>
Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred</li><li>
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs</li></ul><div><b>

Your Role as an Office Manager</b><br>
As a Dental Office Manager you will be managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, handling financial matters like billing and insurance, and ensuring patient satisfaction. You'll also manage administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling human resources functions such as hiring and training.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience</li><li>
Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers</li><li>
Recruit and develop team</li><li>
Manage schedule to optimize production</li><li>
Prior clinical experience with implants preferred</li><li>
3-5 years' prior management experience</li></ul><div><b>
