We specialize in landscape maintenance, design and installation, irrigation, and stormwater management, with offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro.</p>
<p>
We are currently seeking a <b>Landscape Project Manager</b> to join our Charlotte, NC, team and lead the successful execution of commercial landscape construction and hardscape projects while ensuring high-quality service across our portfolio.</p>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1>
<ul><li> Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned landscape construction and hardscape projects from kickoff through completion.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage project schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient jobsite execution.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate site preparation, grading, drainage, layout, and installation activities for hardscape and landscape construction projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, general contractors, and internal teams regarding project status, schedules, and field issues.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and contract specifications are consistently met.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate the procurement and delivery of hardscape materials, plant material, irrigation components, and other project supplies.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Monitor project timelines, labor hours, production targets, and budgets to support profitability and on-time completion.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Lead and develop field teams by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback on safety, installation quality, and productivity.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Complete and review daily reports, time sheets, production tracking, and job costing information for assigned crews and projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Track material usage, change orders, equipment needs, and field conditions, and communicate recommendations to leadership and clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensure vehicles, trailers, construction equipment, and tools are properly maintained, inspected, and repaired as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support project turnover, punch-list completion, and client walkthroughs to ensure a successful closeout.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Promote a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, professionalism, and excellent customer service across all job sites.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and guidelines.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What Sets You Apart</b></h1>
<ul><li> Ability to arrive to work on time and prepared to start the day promptly, including flexibility for early start times.
</li></ul><ul><li> Proven experience managing commercial landscape construction and hardscape projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain high construction quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, property managers, general contractors, vendors, and team members.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to read plans, identify field issues proactively, solve problems efficiently, and make sound operational decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> 3+ years of landscape construction, hardscape, or related project management experience preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li> High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in landscape construction, horticulture, or project management are a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must maintain a clean driving record or a motor vehicle record that meets company insurance standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.</li></ul>

Performance Skills and Qualifications</b></h1>
<ul><li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active construction projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Knowledge of hardscape installation methods, grading and drainage, irrigation coordination, plant installation, and site quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to analyze labor, materials, equipment usage, and job performance to support efficient operations and profitability.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Availability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, occasional Saturdays, and in adverse weather conditions as needed.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
