Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher - CPL 3 or higherResponsibilities<ul><li>Design and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans using Creative Curriculum</li><li>Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect</li><li>Assess student progress regularly through assessments and observations</li><li>Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring additional support</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, food counts and more</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support student development</li><li>Incorporate innovative teaching tools and technology to enhance learning experiences</li><li>Promote positive behavior management strategies to create a safe and productive classroom atmosphere</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in teaching or educational settings is required</li><li>Career Pathways Level 3 or higher required</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future by empowering young children through inspiring education!
