Heating Plant Operator

Description &amp; Details:</b></p><p>
The Research and Creative Activity Office is seeking a team member for the Research and Faculty Development unit who will have an active role in developing and maintaining internal application submission and review processes; managing the logistics of events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences; developing reports and related research development materials; researching and distributing grant funding opportunities; assisting with pre-award proposal development activities; and providing other general support, including budgeting for research development initiatives.</p><p>
This position will develop a comprehensive understanding of NDSU research capabilities and assist in connecting researchers with funding opportunities and research resources as well as develop a comprehensive understanding of funding agency guidelines and requirements. The position will provide support for Limited Submission proposal and review processes; proposal development, including review of proposals for compliance with agency requirements; and developing resources, tools, training sessions, and materials to broadly facilitate aspects of proposal development and writing. The position will assist with all aspects of research development events, programming, and training activities and maintain a calendar of grant opportunities that facilitates a proactive approach to supporting faculty.</p><p><b>
