Fundraising and Communication LeadKey responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive Fundraising and Communications Plan.</li><li>Identify, research, and maintain a database of potential donors, including HNIs, CSR partners, and funding agencies, aligned with the organization&rsquo;s mission and vision.</li><li>Proactively pursue fundraising opportunities and mobilize resources to support organizational programmes.</li><li>Design and implement strategies to retain and engage existing donors.</li><li>Draft, submit, and share well structured proposals and concept notes with potential donors.</li><li>Ensure the organization&rsquo;s legal compliances and management policies are regularly reviewed and updated.</li><li>Document the Trust&rsquo;s activities through quarterly and annual reports.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with media houses to ensure visibility of the Trust&rsquo;s initiatives and manage its social media presence.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to prepare quarterly, half yearly, and annual budge t reports for various programmes.</li><li>Work closely with the team to design and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that enhance public awareness of the organization&rsquo;s work.</li><li>Plan, organize, and participate in events and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.</li><li>Contribute to donor reporting, coordinate with Programme Coordinators, and ensure programme outcomes align with donor expectations.</li><li>Build internal team capacity by staying abreast of the latest developments in the education sector and conducting in house training and knowledge sharing sessions.</li><li>Ideate, design, and implement new programmes aimed at the holistic development of the organization&rsquo;s key beneficiaries</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in PR, Fundraising, or MA in Education/Social Work/ Development or any related field</li><li>2-3 years of fundraising experience</li><li>Intensive Travelling</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and telephonic communication skills</li><li>Self motivated, possesses ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.</li></ul>About usEstablished in 2009, the North East Educational Trust is a registered public charitable trust committed to creating educational cultures that nurture critically aware and creative thinkers.
