Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm</div><div>
Salary Range: $26 to $28 per hour</div>

An Inside Sales/Counter associate at NorthEast Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers. In this role, you will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service; as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and ensuring it is displayed in a clean and organized manner. 
What a typical day looks like in this role:<ul><li>Taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools.</li><li>Entering stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.</li><li>Providing customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.</li><li>Providing support to the Branch Manager in the transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special material.</li><li>Display and stock material in counter and show room. Participate in promotions as they occur.</li><li>Performing other duties as required or directed by Manager.</li></ul> 
What we are looking for you to bring us:<ul><li>Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation.</li><li>Strong customer service/communication skills, electrical or construction is helpful.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changes.</li><li>Dependable and a strong work ethic</li><li>The ability to work in a team setting</li><li>The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75lbs using manual and PIT Equipment.</li></ul>
