Responsibilities:- Working the front counter of the store and helping customers- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service-Overseeing and executing custom and special orders- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock- Collaborate to develop and update menu offerings- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area- Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessaryQualifications:- Previous experience with decorating cakes, donuts or cookies.- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as requiredA great opportunity to express your creativity with a growing multi location family owned business!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Cake, donut decorating: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Mattituck, NY 11952: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
