<div>Help students discover the information and resources they need to succeed. As a Part-Time Reference Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting learning, research, and academic success by connecting students, faculty, staff, and community members with library services in a welcoming and engaging environment.

In this role, you'll assist patrons with research questions by helping them navigate the library's collections, discovery tools, online databases, and other authoritative resources. You'll support library instruction by assisting with orientations, information literacy sessions, and classroom preparation, and may lead instructional sessions as needed. You'll also contribute to the creation of research guides, promote library resources, answer questions at the Information Desk, assist with library opening and closing procedures, and provide support with printing, scanning, and other library services. Working collaboratively with library colleagues, you'll help ensure every visitor has a positive and productive library experience.

Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a four-year accredited institution required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Starting pay range: $20.01 $23.01

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus 
Work Schedule: up to 19.5 hrs per week, including Mon-Thurs 5:00-8:00pm &amp; Sun 12:00-6:00pm

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.

<div>Play a vital role in preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals as a Clinical Placement Coordinator. In this position, you&rsquo;ll support Health Professions and Nursing programs by coordinating clinical placements and ensuring students are fully prepared for hands-on learning experiences in healthcare settings.

You&rsquo;ll manage the onboarding process for students, scheduling and facilitating orientations, trainings, and clinical clearances. You&rsquo;ll track and maintain accurate student records, ensuring all requirements - such as immunizations, certifications, and background checks - are completed on time and meet compliance standards. Working closely with faculty, students, and clinical partners, you&rsquo;ll communicate updates, resolve issues, and support a smooth placement process. You&rsquo;ll also help maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare agencies, assist with site visits, track contracts, and contribute to outreach, reporting, and long-term planning efforts.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare partners, faculty, and students. Proficiency with technology and data systems, sound judgment in handling confidential information, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach are critical. A strong commitment to student success and the ability to represent the college in a professional, positive manner are key to success in this role.
