 CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Position is in an OPCO (JV) operating oil and gas facility with offshore/onshore (non-producing) sites, based in&nbsp;Doha, Qatar.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 The position is part of the permanent team and is on resident basis (40h / 5d a week).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Trip to offshore and visit to service company workshop are required on ah-hoc basis.
 </li>

 ACCOUNTABILITIES

 To ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is&nbsp;delivering Incident Free Shutdowns and Campaigns.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver assigned Piping and structural maintenance activities on time and within budget&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation and execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective&nbsp;Maintenance (CM) activities in close liaison with Departmental Planners, Contracts &amp; Procurement&nbsp;Department, Warehouse, Maintenance Team Leads, Campaign &amp; Shutdown Coordinators, Inspection&nbsp;department, , NOC Operations Centre Manager and T1/T2 Maintenance Coordinators&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver assigned Piping and structural maintenance activities on time and within budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare maintenace work packs, order the materials and initiate the fabrciation for the piping and structural&nbsp;CM jobs for the SD and Campaign or for Base operation.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange vendor mobilization for the spools and structural survey.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Key role in short term maintenance preparation and support for execution, collaborating and driving&nbsp;integration on a daily basis with a wide / diverse range of Leadership stakeholders, in line with 4 months, 5 weeks planning.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide input to Leads and Coordinators into the development of annual operational and capital budgets.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Position has interactions with external stakeholders (Fabricator and Design office).
 </li>

 ACTIVITIES

 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive an Incident Free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for ensuring positive HSE performance by personnel, contractors and others working under the&nbsp;guidance of the Static Team Lead.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company standards and procedures under the area of responsibility&nbsp;to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental attitude.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead cross discipline maintenance coordinators to provide robust PPM and CM data to support safe and&nbsp;efficient preparation, planning, execution and close out of base operations, campaign and shutdown&nbsp;maintenance activities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and provide first level specialist technical advice and guidance to site/offshore personnel on the&nbsp;maintenance of plant/equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis and investigations where required&nbsp;involving maintenance coordinators.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>

 Provide technical and administrative support to the site base operations; preparation of scopes of work for&nbsp;short term interventions, organization of vendors, supply direct support to site requests (vendors, spare parts,&nbsp;tooling, technical procedures, work packs and work order resourcing)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical and administrative support to campaign and shutdown teams to ensure the overall&nbsp;readiness and execution of scopes in line with campaign shutdown gate criteria process. Work order resourcing.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure daily communication with NOC-OC T1/T2 and provide support where required on&nbsp;technical/administrative issues. Attend daily video conference call with offshore OTL&rsquo;s and discipline&nbsp;supervisors.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit offshore sites on regular basis to enhance collaboration and promote the understanding of goals to&nbsp;ensure information flow is maintained efficiently.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage onshore draftsman workload and prioritize the work based on the upcoming campaign and SD&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the repair process for critical equipment, including visits to local vendor workshops and warehouses.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide leadership and coaching to all direct reports in the execution of their responsibilities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 4 months and 5 weeks planning are optimized, liaise with planning department and attend weekly IOP&nbsp;meetings to ensure gate criteria are achieved. (spares, vendor mobilisations, tooling, shipment, PR&rsquo;s)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive management of all safety and business critical backlog.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the efficiency of the maintenance strategies for the maintenance, inspection and operation of&nbsp;plant/equipment and feedback to Maintenance Engineering.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate, as appropriate, in vendor/contractual audits.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of class 2 modifications (vendor based modifications).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 According to inspection instructions, manage preparation of the IAN planning, fabrication and execution&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 According to inspection instructions, manage preparation of all structural CM work scopes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 In collaboration with Maintenance Engineering department take leading role in management of repairs,&nbsp;overhaul and maintenance of all major rotating equipment. Drive through weekly inter departmental meetings.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue and update permutation/test calendar to ensure that potential for failure linked to running hours are&nbsp;well separated in time and standby equipment remains available.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all certificates on installed equipment (Piping and support drawings ) produced during visits are stored&nbsp;in iView / PRODOM.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all certificates on spare parts scheduled to be used offshore(before stock shipment to offshore) are&nbsp;recorded in iView / PRODOM (by logistics) &ndash; as required.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the drive for Qatarisation&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as Lead Static on an interim basis as and when required.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of all activities, improve equipment reliability and reduce&nbsp;operating costs.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as contract representative with ownership and cost management responsibility for key 3rd party&nbsp;operational support services.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Contractor/vendor performance management.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Share and adopt best practices across the company, support and identify opportunities to enhance&nbsp;consistency and alignment between assets, where practicably possible.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response&nbsp;Situations if required&nbsp;

 Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent supported by industry experience (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).

 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience working in the oil and gas industry in a similar role with at least 3 years in&nbsp;supervisory roles.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills in a multi-cultural and highly technical specialized environment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough knowledge of cross discipline maintenance requirements, Computerised Maintenance Management&nbsp; System (CMMS) and planning processes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively with direct reports, peers and Senior Management on a daily&nbsp;basis.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a large team.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.Industry recognized training and professional certification.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
