We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable team member who is eager to contribute to our continued growth.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Administrative &amp; Customer Service Duties</li><li>Enter patient demographic information each morning from previous day orders</li><li>Verify and update medical insurance benefits</li><li>Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously</li><li>File documents and assist management with day-to-day office operations</li><li>Pack and prepare supply orders</li><li>Receive deliveries and stock the supply room</li><li>Maintain inventory and assist with inventory management</li><li>Lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs as required)</li></ul>Driver Responsibilities<ul><li>We are also seeking a dependable Personal Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for us.</li><li>Ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional driving experience at all times</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Qualifications<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Positive attitude and professional demeanor</li><li>Excellent telephone and customer service skills</li><li>Strong data entry and general computer skills</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Reliable, organized, and dependable</li><li>Ability to work independently and multitask effectively</li></ul>Driver-Specific Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in driving, shuttle service, limousine service, or delivery driving</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license appropriate for the vehicle type</li><li>Clean driving record</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Employment Details<ul><li>Daytime shift: 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Must be open to working Saturdays</li><li>Driving duties primarily occur in the afternoons and evenings</li><li>Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
