<b>Position: </b>K-5 Nonpublic School Title I Teacher (1-year only) <b>Location</b>: St. Peter Catholic School<br>
<b>Work Schedule: </b>Student contact days, before/after school, approximately 2-4 days/week; up to 4 hours/week; based on available funding and student needs.<br>
<b>Start Date</b>: December 2025<br>
<b>End Date</b>: May/June 2026 (end date based on available funding)<br>
<b>Pay</b>: $35 per hour<br>

<div><b>Required Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>Valid Minnesota Elementary Teaching License (K-6)</li>
<li>Knowledge of best practices in reading, math, and progress monitoring</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reading and math instruction to individuals or small groups</li>
<li>Organized - documentation, paperwork, compliance activities</li>
<li>Strong communication skills - written and verbal</li>
<li>Ability to travel to a nonpublic school (or schools) within the ISD 622 boundary</li></ul><br>
<div><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>Experience tutoring students in a nonpublic elementary school setting</li>
<li>Trained in the Science of Reading (SoR)</li></ul><br>
<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><br>
<ul><li>Provide in-person K-5 individual or small group instruction on student contact days at nonpublic elementary schools
<ul><li>Collaborate with the nonpublic school to determine a schedule to support providing supplemental instruction in reading &amp;/or math. Student groups may take place before, during, or after the school day, Monday-Friday, as determined by the tutor and school.</li>
<li>Supplemental reading and/or math instruction</li>
<li>Progress monitoring to guide instruction</li>
<li>Documentation for Title I compliance</li>
<li>Support one ISD 622 Nonpublic schools</li>
<li>Communicate with ISD 622 Title I staff and nonpublic staff (principal, teachers) about student progress</li></ul><br>
