What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><p>
As a Member Services Representative, you will:</p><ul><li>
Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels</li><li>
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions</li><li>
Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services</li><li>
Open and maintain member accounts, including remote account assistance</li><li>
Process and disburse member loans</li><li>
Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies</li><li>
Support members with general account access</li><li>
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs</li><li>
Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures</li><li>
Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of customer service, financial services, cash handling, or related experience preferred</li></ul><p><b>
Education</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li></ul><p><b>
Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>
High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Professional communication and ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>
Proficiency with computers and ten-key calculators</li><li>
Ability to build relationships and provide tailored financial solutions</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
