What You'll Do</b></h2><p>
As a Member Service Representative, you will:</p><ul><li><p>
Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and through digital channels.</p></li><li><p>
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>
Assist members with account questions, products, and services.</p></li><li><p>
Support members with online banking, debit cards, and electronic account access.</p></li><li><p>
Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching and resolving discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate records and follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Support branch operations through administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.</p></li><li><p>
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver a consistent and professional member experience.</p></li><li><p>

What We're Looking For</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Previous customer service, cash handling, retail, hospitality, or financial institution experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Experience building relationships and providing exceptional service is highly valued.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education</b></h3><ul><li><p>
High School Diploma or GED required.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>
