<div>POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team as a receptionist and be the welcoming face of SEC! You will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. As the first contact for all outside calls and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.</li><li>
Redirect phone calls as necessary.</li><li>
Greeting guests and visitors warmly and professionally.</li><li>
Manage the visitor area, including opening and closing procedures.</li><li>
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents assigned.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for various projects.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task effectively.</li><li>
Familiarity with telephone systems is preferred.</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum of six months of customer service experience.</li><li>
Minimum of six months of clerical/administrative experience.</li></ul>
