Reports on financial metrics, including growth (revenue) and profitability (earnings).

 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Education and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

 15 years of progressive experience in project/program management within the Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Professional Services/Supplemental Labor, Base Operations, and/or related industries, with a proven track record of successfully procuring and leading projects from concept to completion.

You will use a systematic approach to training, development, analysis, and instructional design for adult learners, leveraging human-centered design, the latest learning systems, web-development apps, and graphic art tools to build advanced training programs. <div>Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
