Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Perform general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.</li><li>Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.</li><li>Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software system such as Open Dental is preferred.</li><li>Experience in four-handed dentistry techniques is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication processes.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
